F-16 instructors at Agder Aviation Tech Team?  

F-16 Type instructor 

AGDER AVIATION TECH TEAM AS (AATT) is company that delivers education/courses to the aviation industry and defense. The company has established a partnership with serval national partners. AATT are in solid growth, and we are looking for soon-to-join F-16 type instructors with theoretical and practical experience. It is essential that you enjoy the instructor role and work effectively in teams with skilled colleagues. The daily working language will be English and Norwegian. 

Work assignments (not exhaustive): 

• Theoretical and practical training, including exam and assessment activities 
• Support other training activities when necessary 
• Plan, develop and update training documentation 
• Support and supervise students 
• Contribute to future blended learning 

Formal education 

• Military or civil basic aeronautical education 
• F-16 type training 
• Desirable educational science 

Desired work experience and knowledge: 

• F-16 work experience 
• Proficient English 
• Systematically and independently
